About the Role

Your role
You act as a key interface between customers and internal teams, combining commercial development with operational coordination.
Your main responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing customer accounts,
Build strong relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities,
Anticipate customer needs and align them with LACROIX capabilities,
Coordinate cross-functional teams (program management, supply chain, quality, purchasing…),
Support customer visits, audits and site tours,
Contribute to sales pipeline development and marketing initiatives,
Ensure follow-up of ongoing projects in collaboration with program management.
