About the Role
We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients after a contract has been signed within a family‑owned commercial cleaning organization focused on long‑term relationships and service excellence. This role is highly client‑facing and operational in nature, sitting at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer service across the full customer lifecycle.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring service delivery meets client expectations by proactively managing accounts, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and key decision‑makers.
