About the Role
SG Recruitment are working with a global technology business to hire an Account Manager. This role is based in Dubai and will offer hybrid working after probation.
This Account Manager will
- Manage a portfolio of customers across MENA, owning renewals and growth.
- Build account plans to increase adoption, usage, and retention.
- Run regular check-ins and QVRs with key stakeholders.
- Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and manage proposals end-to-end.
- Lead renewals from early engagement through negotiation and signature.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Finance.
- Stay on top of product updates and competitors to refine your account strategy.
For the Account Manager role, you will have/be
- 2+ years experience in SaaS Account Management/Customer Success
