Account Manager - Canada - Sustainability / SaaS
We are looking for an experienced Account Management Specialist to join a leading SaaS client, working to decarbonise buildings and construction, currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions. The focus will be on the North American market and large global customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to retain and grow the existing customer base, focused on mid‑tier and large customers, driving Gross and Net Revenue retention.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention.
- Own and manage renewals to maximise this compelling event.
- Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilizing our product suite for cross‑sell and effective white‑space mapping.
