• Build and strengthen relationships with client hiring managers
• Expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Act as the primary POC for onboarded candidates
• Conduct client visits to drive engagement and long-term partnerships
• Maintain staffing databases and HRIS updates
• Analyse hiring trends and CTC benchmarks via job portals & LinkedIn
• Ensure high client satisfaction through regular follow-ups
