RESPONSIBILITIES
As an account management associate, you are in the Event Management Team, your focus would be serving Ticketmelon’s clients – event organizers. You will be responsible for managing event organizers’ needs and requests with the goal of making sure they are satisfied with Ticketmelon’s service. To that end, you will also be dealing with other parties including ticket buyers and third-party vendors for event-specific needs. Internally, you will be working closely with the sales, marketing and product team to ensure the clients’ needs are adequately answered. To be able to deliver in this position, professional standards and etiquette should always be upheld, as well as being able to adapt your conversation style to that of individual customers and colleagues.
