Account Executive

We are looking for a driven B2B Account Executive with deep industry connections and a track record of success in both outbound and inbound sales within cryptocurrency, digital assets, or traditional financial markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building long‑term relationships, opening doors with key decision‑makers, and navigating complex deal structures in a fast‑moving, highly competitive industry.

This position prioritizes candidates with LATAM market experience and those located within time zones that overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through targeted outbound outreach and the conversion of qualified inbound leads
• Leverage existing industry relationships to create new opportunities and expand Shift Markets’ client network
• Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and needs assessment to negotiation and closing high‑value contracts
