About the Role
As a Sales Re‑Engagement Specialist, your main responsibility will be to follow up with potential customers who have not yet converted after their initial inquiry. All your work will be through calls and chat—no email required. You’ll be re‑engaging warm leads and offering them an alternative plan to what was previously presented by our CSR team.
