About the Role
**About the job:**
As a Account Executive, you will receive hands-on training and experience in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot and related instruments, including setup, breakdown, and operative support, to ensure precise and successful surgical outcomes. You will also assist in relevant education and marketing events.
**What you will do:**
+ Complete Mako Robotics training and obtain certification for independent case coverage across applications
+ Build strong clinical and technical knowledge of Stryker implants, instruments, and manual procedures
+ Develop proficiency in proprietary software for pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning
+ Troubleshoot robotic system issues and collaborate with Field Service teams on technical matters
+ Support day-to-day account coordination and assist in robotic procedures to achieve certification
