About the Role
Job Description
- Focusing on Account Payable (AP)
- Keeps proper records of all transactions
- Prepare monthly outstanding report for update payment status
- Carry out the proper filing of all documents
- Assistant on Account Receivable (AR) when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties being assigned
Job Requirements
- Diploma in accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office applications and Autocount preferably
- Able to work independently, well organized, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
- Able to start work immediately
