About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, client-focused Account Executive to manage and grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will follow up with client prospects, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage ongoing client accounts, including contract renewals, updates, and additional service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Payroll, Benefits) to deliver accurate proposals and solutions.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or escalations professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates in internal systems.
- Prepare periodic reports on account activity, opportunities, and client feedback.
- Support process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
