Overview
Customer Management (Business development through sales, invoicing, and collection)
- Interact with all assigned clients, identifying their needs and proposing suitable tools
- Define proposals to achieve the expected Budget levels and margins
- Present research results to clients
- Make recommendations for each study, adding value to the client to encourage repeat purchases
- Ensure high-quality service to clients and overall satisfaction
New Business Management
- Establish contact with new companies to incorporate them as clients and contribute to sales objectives
- Update the client database to detect sales opportunities
- Provide added value to the client with new ideas, innovative leadership, and new ways of conducting market research and growth strategy
