About the Role
Job Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Perform daily accounting data entry into the accounting system with accuracy.
- Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and process monthly bank reconciliations to ensure records match bank statements.
- Documentation & Filing: Organize, maintain, and file accounting documents, invoices, and receipts systematically.
- Accounting Support: Assist in basic accounting tasks and ensure all financial records are up to date.
- General Admin: Provide administrative support and assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge: Possess basic accounting principles or bookkeeping knowledge.
- Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCount Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel.
- Computer Literacy: Good command of computer skills for digital filing and data management.
