About the Role
Your main tasks
- Develop and grow business with existing customers across North America, understanding their decision‑making processes and building long‑term partnerships
- Acquire new customers and systematically expand the company’s presence in the USA and Canada, maintaining a structured opportunity pipeline
- Act as the primary interface between customers, management, and product teams, ensuring alignment across functions
- Prepare quotations, respond to RFPs, and lead contract negotiations, ensuring smooth execution in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Monitor market trends in Pharma and Biotech to identify strategic business opportunities
- Represent our products and platforms at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events
- Travel approximately 3–6 weeks per year (4–5 trips across North America and Europe)
