About the Role

1. Revenue Support & e-Invoicing

  • Invoicing Assistant: Perform daily data checking for customer invoices by matching Delivery Orders (DO) and Sales Orders (SO) to ensure quantity and price accuracy.
  • Digital Support: Assist in preparing and uploading data for LHDN MyInvois portal submissions under senior guidance.
  • Payment Recording: Daily posting of customer receipts into the accounting system and ensuring the AR sub-ledger is updated.
  • Overdue Tracking: Assist in generating weekly AR Aging reports and help follow up on basic overdue payments via email/phone.
  • Basic Recon: Assist in matching daily bank-in reports with official receipts.

2. Ledger & Document Maintenance

  • Data Validation: Assist in basic General Ledger (GL) data entry and document filing for month-end readiness.
  • Operational Cash: Handle the disbursement and recording of office Petty Cash claims and assist in monthly Bank Reconciliation.
