About the Role

We are presently recruiting for an experienced Accommodation Supervisor, for one of our clients, a well-established Business in Kenmare, Co. Kerry.
The Accommodation Supervisor will join a team of enthusiastic people dedicated to delivering an exceptionally high standard of service to our guests. The successful candidate will report to the accommodation manager.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor standard of work within the Accommodation Department, ensuring the highest quality.

To oversee and check bedrooms, cottages, villas, and public areas daily to ensure they are to the required AA 5 red star standard for our guests.

Lead and direct the team of accommodation assistants and organise the team duties daily.

To ensure all departmental checklists are completed and checked daily by supervisor before going off duty.

Be part of the training and coaching of all team members.
