About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails regarding accommodation bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues such as payment concerns, booking errors, or special requests.
- Promote special offers and upsell services (room upgrades, packages, add-ons) to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and hospitality standards.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and service-level agreements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months BPO experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
