About the Role
No Visa sponsorship. Should be within Malaysia.
You'll resolve incidents, fulfil access requests, operate and improve IAM platforms (Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta/Ping, SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk/BeyondTrust), and support audits (ISO 27001/SOC 2/GDPR).
5+ years IAM ops; hands-on with at least one major stack.
Protocols: SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos; AD/Azure AD.
ServiceNow experience; strong troubleshooting; audit support.
Preferred certs: SC‑300, Okta Admin, SailPoint/Saviynt, CyberArk, ITIL v4.
