Access Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Access Control Specialist to support a time-limited on-site project involving the creation, personalization, and programming of access badges for approximately 800 employees. The role requires strong coordination skills, technical affinity, and the ability to work independently while closely collaborating with the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, creation, and management of appointment schedules for approximately 800 employees
• Time slots of 30 minutes per person (e.g. structured calendars in Microsoft Outlook)
• Photographing employees for badge creation
• Printing and issuing access badges including employee photos
• Programming badges with the appropriate access rights using the access control system
• Weekly reporting to the Project Team (number of persons processed / badges completed)
