• Provide support with access control functions to ensure entry control points are monitored, personnel clearances are verified with appropriate badges exchanged, magnetometer searches are conducted, and only authorized personnel are provided access to MCIA facilities.
• Contractor support will include clearance verification via the Defense Information System for Security (DISS), Scattered Castles, or other authorized means; issuing visitor and temporary badges to visitors and MCIA employees; properly filling out the MCIA Visitor Log; utilizing the Foreign Visits System – Confirmation Module (FVS-CM) to input all foreign visitors; submission and receipt of visitor and employee visit/perm certifications; validation of Information System Authorization Access Requests (background inve...
