Job Overview

ZTE Philippines Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and technically competent Acceptance Engineer to support wireless network projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and managing site acceptance activities, ensuring that site construction and equipment installation meet project standards and customer requirements, particularly for Globe Telecom projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure familiarity and compliance with wireless site construction and equipment installation standards, including civil works, power, grounding, and RF installation.
• Organize and coordinate on-site acceptance activities involving customers, contractors, and internal project delivery teams.
• Participate in site acceptance inspections, verifying that construction works and equipment installations comply with approved acceptance criteria and technical specifications.
