Join SAP as a Technical Quality Manager (TQM) in the Academy for Services & Consulting program. The role is based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model requiring on‑site presence at an SAP office or client location at least three days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Complete a 12‑month learn‑apply program, including classroom and field phases that build core TQM skills.
• Participate in a robust 8‑week orientation program followed by three 3‑month rotations within the Premium Hub CoE, Preferred Success, and TQM practices, then move to a designated Market Unit and shadow an experienced TQM at a customer site.
• Engage in multidimensional experiential learning focused on business transformation, industry knowledge, and solution design.
• Enhance skills in customer retention, value realization, and solution portfolio management.
