As an Academic Mentor, your mission is to drive student success within our Integrated Studies Program (ISP). This is a residential program , and you will stay in the hostel with students, acting as their primary academic guide and support system. You will be the bridge between academic rigor and personal development, ensuring every student navigates the curriculum with confidence and achieves holistic growth.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Mentorship:
Build meaningful, trust-based relationships with students. Help them manage time effectively, set academic targets, and facilitate enrichment activities within their daily schedule.
