The ERP Academic Coordinator will be responsible for providing functional support for the university’s ERP system. The role focuses on resolving ERP user issues, supporting faculty and staff in ERP usage, ensuring smooth ERP operations, and coordinating with the technical team for issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily functional support to ERP users (Faculty, HODs, Academic Staff).
