Academic Advisor

Role: Academic Advisor Location: Mahbubnagar, Telangana, India About The Role : The Academic Advisor role is a crucial part of LEAD’s Excellence Team. This role directly works with teachers and school leaders to ensure effective implementation of LEAD’s academic system in partner schools. Through training, coaching, monitoring, and collaboration, the Academic Advisor ensures student outcomes are met while helping to scale LEAD’s mission of delivering excellent education to every child. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience: 3 years in academic support and teacher training, or 3–5 years of K-10 teaching experience (Teacher, Principal, Academic Coordinator), or 1–2 years of fellowship experience (e.g., Teach For India) plus 2–3 years of post-fellowship experience 2 years of managing teacher teams Experience in EdTech or SchoolTech academic operations/consulting roles Must be open to traveling 15–20 days per month Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed or M.Ed preferred) Technical & F...
