About the Role

  • Guide & direct TBM to execute sales & marketing plan, monitor & report Area Sales and effectively manage customer relations to drive sales in the area.

  • Implementing branding initiatives in the area and ensure resolution of all relevant issues impacting the market Image of company's brand.

  • Handling of enquiries and complaints quickly and professionally and in accordance with company procedures.

  • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional Business Manager.

  • Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.

  • Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.

  • Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
