About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide order assistance and payment support to customers
• Coordinate order processing with Sales and Logistics
• Prepare purchase requisitions accurately
• Maintain documentation in a complete and current manner
• Achieve key performance indicators related to delivery and quality

• Business Administration diploma or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience in order management
