Public Sector People are working with a government organisation in Brisbane, who are seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor on a 6 month contract with opportunity.

About the Role
As the Senior People and Culture Advisor, you’ll be a key advisor and partner to leaders across the business—applying your HR expertise to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.

You’ll lead the development of people policies, deliver tailored HR advice, and oversee employee lifecycle activities from recruitment to workforce planning and capability development. You'll also provide day-to-day guidance to a People and Culture Officer.
