8021 - CNC Programming & Maintenance Expert

**CNC Programming**: Analyze, modify, and optimize CNC programs to improve efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshoot program errors and adjust tool paths for improved performance.
**Machine Troubleshooting & Repair**: Diagnose and fix CNC machine issues related to programming, electronics, and control systems.
**Preventive Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC control systems, electronics, and machine components.
**Upgrades & Optimization**: Implement software/hardware upgrades and optimize machine controls for better performance.
**Documentation & Training**: Maintain programming and repair records; train operators and junior technicians on CNC programming best practices.

**Requirements**:
