We’re helping our client, Dr. Squatch, find a TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist to support and grow their TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing program. In this role, you will manage creator relationships, community engagement, and content optimization while contributing to broader business goals and driving affiliate performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead creator relationships and manage affiliate communities.
• Communicate with mass affiliate groups via Discord, including product education, training, and content guidance.
• Coordinate affiliate challenges to drive engagement and ensure campaign success.
• Manage top macro creator relationships, including contract coordination and email communications.
