Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Operations Specialist to oversee and optimize day-to-day retail operations across major national accounts, including Target, Walmart, and other key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily retail operations end-to-end across mass-retail accounts — from purchase order intake and allocation to pick/pack/ship, routing, ASNs, invoicing, and deduction resolution.
- Oversee logistics, order flow, inventory, and forecasting in close collaboration with internal operations teams, 3PL partners, and retail counterparts.
