About the Role
- Execute, prepare, and cook a variety of Asian dishes, using proper wok techniques.
- Set up, maintain, and clean the wok station to ensure a safe, efficient, and sanitized environment.
- Ensure all food items adhere to recipe standards, taste, and presentation requirements.
- Assist the Chef/Wok 1 Chef/ Senior Chefs with daily production needs, inventory, and training of junior staff.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene SOP, HACCP regulations, and company SOPs.
- To ensure consistency and the quality of food before it is served.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to meet time goals.
- Able to work on PH, split shift and overtime.
- To undertake any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or related fiel.
- Proven work experience, typically in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
