About the Role
PackagerWe are seeking a Full-Time Packager in Brainerd, Minnesota area, to join our manufacturing team. This onsite position offers competitive pay of $19.50–$21.50 per hour, 3rd shift opportunity 10pm- 6:30amKey Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment Set packaging lines and confirm correct product setup Perform quality checks (metal detection, weights, seals, lot codes) Complete required documentation accurately and on time Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth transitions between jobs Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance as needed Follow all safety and quality standards Qualifications:Strong attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Commitment to safety and quality If you’r...
