3PC Program Manager, 3P Commercial Carriers

The 3P Carrier Transportation team is seeking an experienced Program Manager III with expertise in online, e-commerce logistics or fulfillment. The role involves designing, launching, and promoting adoption of new transportation and fulfillment initiatives to enhance the customer experience for 3P Carriers Transportation services at Amazon. The candidate will work extensively with third-party carrier stakeholders to develop scalable, flexible, and reliable logistics solutions. Success in this role requires collaboration with 3P carriers, product teams, program teams, country leadership, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders worldwide to deliver end-to-end scalable solutions that meet complex logistics needs and improve customer delivery experiences. Candidates should have a strong background in transportation and program management, excellent communication skills, and a drive to achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
