3D Artist

We are looking for a 3D Artitst with complete set of 3D skills and interested in architectural visualization.

You will be responsible for creating full-blown Unreal Engine 5 app and web app for WEBGL.

Your goal is to create real time high quality photorealistic scenes in Unreal Engine 5 and optimize those same assets for browser-based WebGL web app.

Responsibilities

• Modeling: Turn raw models into clean, optimized geometry ready for real-time engines.
• Materials and Textures : Setup materials and textures for both UE5 and WebGL- scenes
• Lighting: Light and create stunning interior and exterior visuals that amaze viewers
• Web-Based ArchViz: Developing lite versions of models for WebGL- so clients can explore properties directly in their browser while maintaining visual fidelity
• Teamwork: Collaborate with programmers and desginers to make sure final app is optimized and bug free.
