you have are 
5+ years of experience in gameplay animation, with at least one shipped title;

Expert proficiency in industry-standard animation software and tools, including Maya and MotionBuilder;

Extensive experience working with motion capture data and familiarity with HIK mocap workflow;

In-depth knowledge of human and animal anatomy, body language, and emotions;

Experience in animating with various custom character rig solutions and auto-rig frameworks like mGear and Advanced Skeleton;

Proven leadership abilities, including mentoring teams of animators;

A comprehensive portfolio demonstrating high-quality gameplay animations and cinematic work;
