About the Role

2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer (MSP)

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Managed Service Provider who are seeking an experienced 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their technical team.

This role would suit a confident, customer-facing engineer with strong MSP experience who enjoys a mix of hands-on technical support, project delivery, and onsite client engagement.

The Role
Providing high-quality technical support remotely and onsite

Acting as an escalation point for complex support issues

Delivering infrastructure and cloud projects from design through to implementation

Configure, support, and maintain networks and firewalls

Working closely with customers to understand technical challenges and provide effective solutions
