We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Network Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support to customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring the smooth operation of critical network systems. You will collaborate closely with 3rd Line resolver teams and follow established processes to maintain high service standards.

Investigate and resolve technical issues escalated from 1st Line support.
