Workshop Welder | $36–$37 per hour | Belmont
🛠️ Opportunity: Workshop-based MIG welder role in Belmont producing access systems and fabricated steel components, focused on clean fillet welds and straight lines, repeatable work in a well-organised workshop with long-term stability.
🎓 Experience: MIG welding experience required, ability to produce neat fillet welds and run straight lines, basic drawing reading, junior welders considered if fundamentals and attitude are right, workshop background preferred.
💰 Benefits: $36–$37 per hour depending on experience, long-term stable role, clean and structured workshop, training and development available for the right person.
📜 Extras: Monday to Friday, early finish around 2:00–2:15pm, overtime optional once settled, flexible start times available including for school drop-off.
