5+ years Project Management experience managing large, complex application development projects and associated challenges.

Demonstrated experience with creation of project schedules, project plans, issue + risk logs, status reports and associated artefacts.

Demonstrated Understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle Demonstrated experience with Agile development concepts

Demonstrated ability to manage project resources (team members) by aligning skills to tasks, evaluating progress against schedule, and adjusting efforts as required.

Demonstrated knowledge and ability to apply project management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Demonstrated experience identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, mitigating, and communicating project risks throughout project lifecycle
