**Job Title: 1st Shift Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled 1st Shift Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The position involves operating CNC, Single or Multi Spindles, or Swiss machines in a job shop environment. You will be responsible for performing tool changes, sharpening and grinding, machine set-ups, and adjustments. Training will be provided to operate 2-3 machines at a time, ensuring precise measurements using tools such as micrometers and calipers, and working off blueprints.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate machines in a job shop environment, including CNC and manual-spindle machines.
+ Perform tool changes, sharpening, and grinding.
+ Conduct machine set-ups and make necessary adjustments.
+ Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to maintain tolerances.
+ Work off blueprints.
+ Maintain all fluid levels and keep the machine and work area clean.
