1st Shift Assembler

**Hiring for Assemblers – Entry Level & Skilled (1st & 2nd Shift)**

**Location:** Lancaster, PA

**Pay:** $17.75 – $24.00/hour

**Immediate Interviews Available!**

+ In-person or virtual interviews available **same day**
+ **Start classes every Monday & Wednesday**
+ 40-hour work weeks with **every other Friday off**

**Shift Options**

**1st Shift:**

+ 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday)
+ Every other Friday off

**2nd Shift:**

+ 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Thursday)
+ Training on 1st shift for first month
+ **$1.50/hour shift differential**

**Job Overview**

This Assembler position supports the **aerospace & military division** , manufacturing high-precision aluminum heat pipes used in advanced thermal management systems.
