Functional Skills and Enrichment Teacher – Location: Nuneaton. Hours: 37 hours per week (Full Time). Unqualified and Qualified pay scales Up to point 38.

Alternative Provision | 14–16 KS4 Learners. We are looking for a passionate, trauma‑informed Functional Skills and Enrichment Teacher who believes that meaningful change starts with trust, consistency and understanding. Our learners are young people aged 14–16 who may have SEND, social, emotional or mental health needs, challenging behaviour, or past experiences of exclusion from mainstream education. Many have experienced disrupted education, adversity or trauma — and all deserve adults who see their potential before their behaviour. Learning is flexible, responsive and rooted in real life. You will be a consistent, trusted adult — someone who shows up, listens, and supports young people to re‑engage with learning and move forward with confidence.
