Key Responsibilities
- Provide consistent 1:1 support
- Support learning, focus, and engagement in the classroom

- Offer emotional and pastoral support throughout the school day
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and confidence
Ideal Candidate Qualities
- Have experience supporting pupils with ADHD or SEND (desirable)
