1:1 Teaching Assistant

About the Role

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or have worked with SEND? Protocol Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants who work with students on a 1:1 basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to students with varied needs (physical or cognitive).
• Support children with SEND and general classroom support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Youth Worker or Teaching Assistant supporting children with SEND.
• Experience with SEN and confidence in assisting students with varied needs (physical or cognitive).
• All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.

Safeguarding

• All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
• We offer free online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all workers.
