Key duties and responsibilities

Manage and administer the Database systems to ensure optimal performance, availability and security.
Design, document, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions based on SQL / Oracle platforms, in collaboration with business applications, enterprise architecture and technology engineers.
Manage and collaborate with platform and business applications incidents and requests, ensuring high level of customer service and satisfaction in Database solutions.
Lead and collaborate in technology projects, including lifecycle upgrades, PAAS migration.
Develop and document automation and monitoring solutions to streamline operational efficiency, capacity and performance.
Sustain and enhance the security and compliance of technology to meet organisation standard, ISM, Essential 8 and ensure data integrity.
