About the Role
CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring production, assembly, testing, and delivery targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise workshop activities, assemblies, testing, and production schedules
- Lead and mentor Trade Assistants and workshop personnel
- Coordinate workflow, materials, and resources to meet delivery deadlines
- Oversee quality control, testing, and documentation requirements
- Maintain a safe, organised, and productive workshop environment
Skills & Experience
- Previous Workshop Supervisor, Leading Hand, or Senior Technician experience
- Strong industrial, electrical, or mechanical background
