**Job Description**
This role focuses on receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items within a stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. You will help maintain accurate inventory records, ensure items are stored safely and efficiently, and support day-to-day warehouse operations using both manual and computer-based systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive incoming stock items, verify quantities, and accurately record data manually or using computer systems.
+ Count and verify stock items against documentation, ensuring that all materials are correctly logged and tracked.
+ Pack and unpack items for stocking on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
+ Verify inventory computations by comparing system records to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors as needed.
