Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Managing receiving, stock arrangement, and dispatching/delivery of materials.
- Staff Supervision: Assigning tasks, scheduling, training, and evaluating the performance of warehouse associates.
- Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting stock takes, and implementing FIFO (First-In, First-Out) methods.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and maintaining a clean, orderly work environment.
- Problem Solving: Resolving operational issues, such as shipping errors or inventory discrepancies.
