About the Role
Training Facilitators drive key aspects of the training program, including training design, the training matrix, documentation, and training quality. Acts as a vital partner in building the skills of production and support teams, collaborating with production leaders and designated trainers to ensure training is delivered efficiently, effectively, and with lasting impact.
